Painting a mural on Lala’s (a lady I met in a reggae bar) waterwell in Casamance, Senegal. Desgin inspired
by the rivers that run through the south of Senegal and traditional pirogue art.
A cultural remembering of the ceremonial dance in Casamance, based on traditional figures of Diola mythology.
Hithchiking all the way from Senegal to Sweden. Through the desert nights, Ramadan, African sun, Nouakchott traffic, days at sea, rain and snow. About 7000 km, 55 lifts and a few months later we arrive in Sweden. Here is a collection of notes about everyone single person who picked me up. People are kind, people are generous and I will never give up hope in one another.
